双滚子型动吸振器对倾斜振动系的减振研究(实验验证)

摘    要:制作了附加双滚子动吸振器的弹簧-质量-阻尼倾斜振动系的实验装置,并对此实验装置进行了实验研究.从同一实验模型的实验结果和数值解析计算结果的对比看,实验结果与数值解析结果之间有良好的一致性。另外,实验结果还表明,当滚子的运动状态变为滚动伴随着滑动时,其对倾斜振动系的减振效果增大。这可以考虑为由于滚子的滑动吸收了一部分主系的运动能量所至,这与数值解析所得出的结论是一致的。此文还分析了实验结果与数值解析结果之间的差异,以及产生这些差异的原因。

Abstract:The experimental apparatus of a spring-mass-damper tilted vibration system with two rollers type dynamic vibration absorber is made, and the experimental research is carried out based on the experimental apparatus. Compared with the experimental results and that obtained by numerical analysis, it is shown that there is good consistency between the two results. Also, the experimental results show that the effect of vibration suppression to the tilted vibration system will increase when motion state of the roller becomes rolling accompanying with sliding, which can be considered the result that part of the motion energy of the main system is absorbed by slide motion of the roller, this conclusion is consistent with that obtained by numerical analysis. The differences between the experimental results and that obtained by numerical analysis as well as the reasons for these differences are also analyzed in this paper.
