摘    要:阐述随机等效采样的基本原理;选择基于双斜率电容充放电原理的随机等效采样方案;设计等效采样系统,实现200MHz等效20GHz的采样率,从而扩展数字存储示波器的工作带宽。

Abstract:This paper discussed the random equivalent sampling technology,through which developed a 200Mhz bandwidth digital storage oscilloscope with 20Ghz equivalent sampling frequency,and introduced the main part of the system,such as the principle of equivalent sampling system,block diagram of it and the wave-rebuild algorithm.
