| Abstract: | This paper discussed the random equivalent sampling technology,through which developed a 200Mhz bandwidth digital storage oscilloscope with 20Ghz equivalent sampling frequency,and introduced the main part of the system,such as the principle of equivalent sampling system,block diagram of it and the wave-rebuild algorithm. |
