摘    要:介绍韶钢二轧厂厚度自动控制系统(AGC)的组成和功能,分析了该系统存在的系统设计、设备稳定性等方面的问题;并在调试过程中,对位置控制方式、设备安装方式、板形控制方式等方面进行了改进,改进后保证了单机架轧机现场生产的要求,钢板异板差(均方差)达到0.059 mm的水平,钢板的成材率较改进前提高了3.71个百分点.

Abstract:The structure and functions of the automatic gauge control ( AGC) system employed with the No. 2 plate roll mill at Shaoguan Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd. , are described, and problems with the design and stability of the system are analyzed in this article. In debugging the system, the layouts of position- control, equipment installation and shape control were all modified, so as to meet the requirements for the operation of the single-stand mill. As a result, the mean -square error in the plate thickness reached 0.059mm, and the acceptance rate of the plate increased by 3.71 percent.
