摘    要:描述了龙政直流故障造成华东电网大功率缺额引起的系统频率下降事故,分析了机组一次调频动作情况,进行了事故后的仿真计算和系统频率特性分析,阐述了在系统事故情况下不同频率控制手段如一次调频、自动发电控制(AGC)、控制性能标准(CPS)等协调控制的必要性,并对于目前华东电网频率管理工作提出了具体的建议.

Abstract:This paper describes the system frequency drop accident in East China Grid resulting from large-capacity power shortage due to Long-Zheng DC line fault. As the primary frequency regulations of the generators analyzed, simulation computations for the post-fault system are conducted to investigate the system frequency characteristics. The necessities of various frequency control measures such as primary frequency regulation, AGC (automation generation control) and CPS (control performance standard), are summarized. Further suggestions are presented for frequency management in East China Grid.
