旋转式压力能交换器能量回收试验研究

摘    要:旋转式压力交换器是利用正位移原理工作的流体能量回收装置。介绍了设计的流体自驱型旋转式压力能交换器.应用在SWRO系统中,进行了实际工况条件下的能量回收试验、端面密封性能试验和流体掺混试验。除流体掺混试验用1.8%和3.5%浓度的NaCl溶液做试验介质外,其余试验均用自来水做试验介质。试验结果表明,压力能交换器内部端面密封性能对压力水平有关键影响,在现有装置条件下,转子转速超过1000r/min,高压端进流压力1.25MPa,能量回收效率达到76%,流体掺混率低于5%。

Abstract:Rotary pressure exchanger(RPE) is a kind of energy recovery equipment based on the principle of positive-displacement.A fluid-driven rotary pressure exchanger was designed and tested in a real SWRO system.Experiments on fluid energy recovery,face-seal characteristics and fluids mixing were carried out.Water was used as fluid in all experiments except 1.8% and 3.5%NaCl solutions in mixing experiment.Results showed that the performance of face-seal had great effect on energy recovery.With RPE,the pressure was...
