| 摘 要： | NGN在我国已经成为通信界讨论的一个热点。从NGI与NGN的提出背景入手，分析NGI与NGN的区别和不同的发展路线。讨论NGN技术体制和提出向NGN演进的看法，最后介绍我国关于NGI和NGN的试验，特别是CNGI项目。
