| 摘 要： | 济钢2500mm钢板生产线为降低产品改判率,建立了质量评价体系。运用六西格玛(6σ)管理知识,分析了影响钢板质量的关键因素,成立了跨部门团队,建立了质量监控日常评价机制,制定了裂纹控制方案,钢板改判率降至0.64%,裂纹改判量由2.2万t降至0.74万t。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the product judgment-changing rate,Jinan Steel established the quality evaluation system for the 2 500 mm plate steel production line.They analyzed the key factors affecting the quality using the Six Sigma management knowledge.Moreover,they established cross-department team,set up daily evaluation mechanism for the quality monitor and established crack control scheme.Therefore,the judgment-changing rate of the plates was decreased to 0.64% and the crack amount was decreased from 22 thousand tons to 7.4 thousand tons. |
