| 摘 要： | 济钢东区炼钢、轧钢生产线实施多工序一体化柔性生产计划与管控系统,系统平台包括物料设计优化、炼钢组炉优化、炼钢连铸优化、凉料计划作业管理和管控、轧钢辊期优化、快速补产、有限产能均衡排产模型等,模块间数据共享和相互联动,实现了整个炼钢—轧钢一体化计划的柔性编制和执行管控。系统运行稳定可靠,投运率达到100%,满足了日益增长的个性化订单生产和交付的要求。

| Abstract: | The multiple-procedure integration flexible production plan and management and control system are implemented on the steelmaking and steel rolling production line of the east district of Jinan Steel.The system platform includes material design optimization,steelmaking furnace optimization,continuous casting optimization,cooling material planning management and management and control,steel rolling roller serving term optimization,quick make-up production,limited production capability balance model,etc.The seven modules are shared with the data and linked together,carrying out the overall system as mentioned above.The system runs steadily and reliably and the serving ratio reaches 100%.It meets the production and delivery requirement of the increasing customized orders. |
