磨机出入口温度模糊神经网络控制模型建立及实现

摘    要:矿渣粉生产线中的磨机出入口温度控制具有典型的多输入、多输出、非线性和大滞后的特点,通过采取模糊控制和神经网络两种智能控制方法,建立了模糊神经网络模型,模仿人的模糊综合判断推理来控制磨机出入口温度。实践证明,模糊神经网络控制模型具有良好的动静态性能和较强的鲁棒性能,抗干扰能力强,可实现出入口温度自动调节。

Abstract:The control for mill passageway temperature has typical characteristics,such as multiple inputs,multiple outputs,nonlinear and large time-delay.Through adopting fuzzy control and neural network,the fuzzy neural network model that imitates human fuzzy integrative estimation and consequence to control the temperature of mill passageway was established.The practices proved that the fuzzy neural network model had good dynamic and static performance and strong robustness and anti-interference,realizing the automatic adjustment of the passageway temperature.
