自适应交互式多模型目标跟踪算法

摘    要:以防空火控系统的跟踪预测为背景,提出一种自适应的交互式多模型跟踪算法。该算法采用后验信息修正模型的噪声方差和马尔可夫转移矩阵,使IMM具有自适应能力。将该算法应用于由CA、CV两模型组成的交互式多模型算法中取得良好的效果。仿真结果表明,该算法跟踪精度比标准IMM有较大改善。

Abstract:Based on tracing prediction of air defense fire control system, an adaptive IMM tracking algorithm is introduced. The algorithm uses posterior information to modify model's noise variance and markov transition matrix, so as to make IMM have adaptive ability. We used the algorithm into interactive multi-model algorithm composed with CA and CV models and got good effects, and compared with standard IMM, the result showed the algorithm has greatly improvement.
