摘    要:以单体和氧化剂为浸渍溶液,以四种不同的浸泡方式,对比研究了浸渍工艺对卷绕式聚吡咯铝电解电容器性能的影响。结果表明:与其他三种浸渍方法相比,用浸泡过硫酸铵和吡咯混合溶液的电容器芯子所制备的电容器性能最好,容量引出率达80%以上,tanδ小于0.082,100kHz下Res小于8m?。

Abstract:By four methods of dipping the core of the capacitor into the monomer and oxidant solution, the influence of the dipping processes on the properties of winding-solid polypyrrole electrolytic capacitors was compared. The results show that the capacitors have the best electrical property when the core of the capacitor dipping into the mixed solution of pyrrole and ammonium persulfate: the rate of the capacitance withdrawing is above 80%, the tanδ is less than 0.082, and the Res is below 8 m? (100 kHz.).
