近红外光谱法快速测定单推-3液体推进剂组分含量的研究

摘    要:为了改善单推.3推进剂的分析检测手段,研究了近红外光谱法在单推.3液体推进剂成分含量分析中的应用,采用PCA-马氏距离法建立了单推-3定性校正模型,采用偏最小二乘线性回归法分别建立了无水肼、硝酸肼和氨的定量校正模型,其相关系数分别达到了0.9991、0.9906和0.9400.在样品检测时,与传统分析方法一致,用差减法求出水的含量,达到了较高的准确度.以Q/Sd11-92标准方法的测定结果为参考,对模型的准确性和重复性进行了验证,充分说明了近红外光谱法用于单推-3成分含量快速检测的可行性.

Abstract:To improve the analysis means of DT-3,near infrared spectroscopy(NIR) for the analysis of compositions of DT-3 is studied.The qualitative calibration models of DT-3 liquid propellant are determined with PCA-Mahalanohis distance.The quantitative calibration models of hydrazine,hydrazine nitrate and ammonia are determined with partial least square regression.The correlation coefficients are separately obtained to be 0.9991,0.9906 and 0.9400.In Accordance with the traditional method,water quantity by NIR is gained by the minus method and a high accuracy is got.The result predicted by NIR method is compared with the result got by the standard method of Q/Sd11-92,the veracity and repeatability of NIR results are reviewed.It proves the feasibility of NIR in rapid analysis of compositions of DT-3.
