可调两级增压系统的动态性能研究

摘    要:以一款6缸增压发动机为对象,对可调两级增压系统在推进特性下变工况的动态性能进行研究。利用GT模型耦合优化算法,对两级增压系统的匹配方案和调节规律进行优化;通过推进特性下动态性能的分析,确定了旁通阀的动态控制规律,在增压压力超调限制的条件下,显著提高了增压压力响应速度;建立了积分分离的PI控制算法,通过与普通PI控制对比发现:积分分离的PI控制算法可以保证增压系统的抗干扰性,使得增压压力的波动明显减小。

Abstract:Taking a 6-cylinder turbocharged engine as the research object, the dynamic characteristics of a regulated two stage(R2S) turbocharging system was studied under variable working condition in the propulsion mode. Using the GT simulation model and optimization method, the matching of R2S system and the regulation rules were optimized. Through dynamic characteristics study under propulsion mode, the dynamic control rules of bypass was determined, and the turbocharging response rate was significantly enhanced under overshoot limitation. The integral separation PID control was built up, compared with traditional PID control, it could guarantee the anti-interference characteristics of the turbocharging system, and reduce fluctuation of turbocharging pressure significantly.
