龙门式矫直机液压伺服控制系统建模与仿真

摘    要:为了分析龙门式矫直机液压伺服控制系统的综合性能,根据系统控制模型,在充分考虑系统非线性因素的基础上,采用Matlab中的Sim Mechanics等模块建立了综合仿真分析模型,得到了液压伺服控制系统的动态响应特性。结果表明该建模方法正确,为龙门式矫直机液压伺服控制系统的优化设计提供了新方法。

Abstract:In order to analyze the comprehensive performance on hydraulic servo control system of gantry straightener, according to the system control model, on the basis of full consideration to the nonlinear factors of system, the comprehensive simulation analysis model is established by using SimMechanics modules and others in Matlab. The dynamic response characteristics of hydraulic servo control system were obtained. The results show that the modeling method is correct, which provides new method for optimization design of hydraulic servo control system of gantry straightener.
