精密挤出成型的研究

摘    要:提出精密挤出的概念,阐述了挤出成型技术精密化的重要意义。以提高挤出精度为目的,分析了螺杆几何参数,机头压力波动,温度波动,转速波动,加料系统以及固体送方式对挤出产量稳定性的影响,介绍了用于控制挤出制品截面尺寸及形状精度的模具偏壁自控技术及新型冷却,定型,牵引技术,为实现挤出成型技术的精密化指明了方向。

Abstract:s This paper proposed the concept of precise extrusion, expatiated upon the importance of extrusion processing precision. It aimed at enhancing the precision of extruded products, analyzed the effect of geometrical parameters of screw bars?a die's pressure fluectuation,temperature ?rotating velocity?stuff adding system and solid feeding method on the extruded products' stability. In addition, this article introduced not only the mold's departure wall self-control technology which was used to control the section size and shape dimension of extruded products, but the new technologies of cooling?forming and pulling. It pointed out a direction of precision the extrusion processing technology.
