摘    要:河南油田原油生产过程中产生了大量的含油污泥,针对污泥的特性,通过脱油、脱水、固化及燃烧等进行了大量的试验研究,确定了适合河南油田含油污泥特点的处理工艺,并取得了良好的效果。该工艺做到了含油污泥的无害化、减量化和可利用处理,避免了污泥外排引起的污染,有效地保护了油区环境。

Application of oily sludge harmless processing technology in Henan oilfield

Abstract:A great deal of oily sludge has been producedin the crude oil production process in Henan oilfield. In viewof the features of the sludge, through many experimental research of deoiling, dewatering, solidification and combustion, the oily sludge process technology applicable for Henanoilfield has been determined and achieved good effect. Thistechnology realized oily sludge harmless, reducing and available, avoided pollution caused by effluent sludge, and protected the oil region environment effectively.
