电除尘器波形板与小芒刺线匹配的优化研究

摘    要:给出了以波形板、芒刺线作电除尘器收尘极、放电极的实验和数值模拟结果。利用可加偏压的边界探头测量电晕放电条件下近板场强和板面电流分布,芒刺距离、刺长对电晕放电的影响规律和决定最佳板距的因素进行了研究。在此基础上,获得与ZT—24板匹配的小芒刺线的最优几何形状。对波形板配光圆线在放电条件下电场、电流分布作了数值模拟。

Abstract:The measurements and numerical imitation for wavy plates and pricklyused as collecting-and discharge-electrodes in an electrostatics precipitator are pre-sented. Distributions of the nearplate electric field strength and electric current densityunder corona discharge circumstances were measured by means of a biased boundaryprobe. Effects of the prickle-spacing and-height on corona discharge and factors in-flucenceing the most favourable width of the duct formed by wavy plates are studiedthrough experiments, in which a quite desirable configuration of the prickly dischargewires fitting for the ZT-24 wavy plate was derived. Anumerical computation programwas carried out to predict the distribution of electric field strength and current densityyielded by wavy plate-round wire configuration under corona discharge condition.
