| 摘 要： | 目前国内不少高校对工程管理专业的定位存在较多分歧，不利于提升本专业毕业生在整个工程建设行业中的竞争力。本文根据所在单位的办学实践，以强化培养该专业学生核心竞争力为目标，提出了更为合理的专业定位、教学课程体系和整体教学模式，对工程管理专业的健康、持续发展有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Recently,there are many different ideas about the construction management major in colleges and universities,which is adverse to enhance the core competency for students majoring in construction management.Based on the teaching practice,I proposed a reasonable orientation,a teaching curriculum and a teaching model to strengthen the core competency for students.This research provides a reference for the construction management major to develop sound and healthily. |
