煤矿回风巷支护参数设计优化研究

摘    要:随着浅部煤炭资源逐渐枯竭,煤炭资源的开采深度不可避免逐渐加深,随着采深的增加,支护强度与支护方式的选择显得愈发重要。支护强度越高,巷道的稳定性越好,但进入老空区后不能及时垮落,造成局部应力集中,反而影响生产活动的正常进行。本文通过阐述理论分析、现场实测和理论计算综合研究的方法,设计优化了现有的支护形式与支护参数,并在1102210回风巷进行了试验,现场实践表明,该支护方案减少了巷道维护成本,同时保证了工作面的安全高效开采.

Abstract:With the gradual depletion of the shallow coal resources,the mining depth of the coal resources will inevitably go deep.With the increase of mining depth,the selection of support strength and method becomes more and more important.The higher the support strength is,the better the stability of the roadway is.However,it can’t collapse in time after entering the old goaf,which results in local stress concentration and affects the normal production activities.In this paper,the existing supporting forms and parameters are designed and optimized by using the comprehensive research methods of theoretical analysis,field measurement and theoretical calculation,and the test is carried out in 1102210 return airway.The field practice shows that the supporting scheme reduces the maintenance cost of the roadway and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
