摘    要:随着海底油气的开发,海底大口径管道逐渐增多,传统的铺管船铺设系统设计得较早,坡口区作业设备、天车系统、船尾滚轮和托管架系统无法满足大口径管道作业的要求,需要升级改造。本文以国外某项目48 in(1 in=25.4 mm)水泥配重管的需求为出发点,对设备进行改造研究,以满足项目需求,同时也为其他项目改造提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the development of subsea oil and gas,there are more and more large-diameter subsea pipelines.The traditional laying system of pipelaying ship is designed earlier,and the operation equipment in groove area,crown block system,stern roller and stinger system cannot meet the operation requirements of large-diameter pipelines.Therefore,they need to be upgraded.Based on the 48 inch cement balance weight pipe requirements of a project,this paper studies the equipment transformation to provide reference for a project and other projects.
