鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺在运行中存在的问题及解决措施

摘    要:某180万t/a煤制甲醇项目净化装置所使用的是鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺,在投产运行后出现净化气中总硫含量超标、系统冷量不足等严重制约生产的瓶颈问题。本文对鲁奇低温甲醇洗工艺流程进行了简单介绍,重点就运行中所出现的问题进行原因分析,并对所产生的问题提出了相应的解决措施,总结了改进后取得的效果。

Abstract:The purification unit of a 1.8 million T/year coal to methanol project uses luqi rectisol technology. After put into operation,the problems like total sulfur content in the purified gas exceeds the standard,and the cooling capacity of the system is insufficient seriously restrict the production. In this paper,luqi rectisol technology is briefly introduced,focusing on the analysis of the causes of the problems in operation,and put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems,and summarized the results after the improvement.
