PSPICE simulation of quartz crystal oscillation circuit based on CMOS inverter

Quartz crystal oscillator is very commonly used in electronic devices.In the circuit design and the teaching,the simulation analysis of quartz crystal oscillator circuit is often needed.A method of using the PSpice simulation software to simulate quartz crystal oscillation circuit is introduced by instance.According to the equivalent circuit of quartz crystal oscillator,the series and parallel resonant frequency of quartz crystal was analyzed,quartz crystal simulation model was,the vibration waveform and amplitude waveform were observed,and its oscillation frequency in the emulator was tested.Based on the of different element parameters,sweeping analysis of the oscillator was conducted.
