摘    要:以N600-16.7/537/537型机组为例,研究滑压运行时不同的调节阀运行方式的经济性,计算比较机组由三阀全开转换到四阀全开时,调节级理想焓降的变化;计算比较由三阀全开转换到前3只阀门全开,4号阀部分开启时,综合考虑调节级理想焓降和节流损失得出其经济性变化;计算比较由三阀全开转换到四阀均部分开启,且保持相同的开度时的经济性;再比较机组由三阀全开转换为只开两阀时的经济性,发现调节阀并不是开的越多越好,确定了该机组最佳滑压运行时的阀序运行方式,也为理性地定义滑压调节和调节阀控制面积的设计提供参考。

Abstract:The economical performances of different regulating valves under sliding pressure operation are studied,by taking the examples of N600-16.7/537/537 unit.Firstly,the changes of ideal enthalpy drops are calculated and compared from the conditions of three totally open valves to four totally open valves.Secondly,the economical performance differences are studied comprehensively between the condition when three valves are totally open and the condition when three ones are totally open and the forth one is partly open.Third the economical performance is compared when the three totally open valves shift to four valves with same partly open.Finally,the economical performance is compared between the conditions of three totally open valves and only two open valves.The investigation shows that the economical performance is not getting better as the increasing of number of open valves.The optimal operation mode is discussed under the condition of sliding pressure for this unit.At the same time,the researches lay a solid foundation for the design of valve open area and rational sliding pressure operation.
