电网调度运行指挥信息化平台的应用

摘    要:针对调度机构与调度对象间开展实时调度业务联系时信息量巨大、单一调度电话已难以满足调度员实时运行指挥的问题,研究开发了调度运行指挥信息化平台,将网络实时消息与传统调度运行业务流程相结合,在电网各级运行部门之间建立业务消息流,弥补了传统调度电话无法同时与多个调度对象并行开展实时运行指挥的不足,加强了调度机构与调度对象之间的沟通协作,优化了调度运行业务流程,提高了工作效率。该平台在云南电网得到了广泛应用,效果良好,具有在全国各级调度机构推广的价值。

Abstract:As the information of real-time scheduling business contact between dispatching institution and customers is huge,and the single contacting mode by phone is hard to meet the requirement of real-time operation commanding for dispatchers,so the information platform for dispatching operation of power grid is presented in this paper.This platform combines network real-time message and business diagram of traditional dispatching operation,and the business message flow is built between each operation departments of Yunnan power grid,which makes up the deficiency that traditional scheduling phone can’t execute real-time operation command with multiple scheduling customers,strengthens the communication and operation between dispatching institution and customers,optimizes the business flow of dispatching operation,and improves the work efficiency.The proposed method is applied to Yunnan power grid very well,which shows its application value to other dispatching institution in our country.
