摘    要:提出了一种新的改进量子进化算法解决配电网重构问题。算法对量子更新策略进行改进以减少量子搜索的盲目性,引导量子更好更快地找到最优解。配电网重构是一个多目标非线性组合优化问题,二进制的编码方式特别适合采用改进量子进化算法求解。IEEE 16节点标准算例计算结果表明,本文所提出的改进量子进化算法在配电网重构应用中正确有效。

Abstract:A new improved quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm(IQEA) is proposed in this paper to solve distribution network reconfiguration.The proposed algorithm can improve quantum updating strategy to decrease blindness of its searching process,which guides quantum to find optimal answer faster and better.Distribution network reconfiguration is a multi-objective nonlinear combinatorial optimization problem,and its binary coding mode makes IQEA suitable for its solving.Through case study on IEEE 16-bus system,the calculation and analysis results prove the scientific and validity of applying IQEA to the reconfiguration of distribution network.
