基于DEA灵敏度分析的火电厂负荷经济调度

摘    要:火电厂负荷经济调度可显著提高电力系统运行的经济性,针对调度时段负荷预测值与实际值出现偏差的实际情况,以火电机组的运行特性为基础并采用DEA灵敏度方法,建立基于DEA灵敏度分析的火电厂负荷经济调度新模型。为验证所建模型的合理性和有效性,以广西10个火电厂为例进行仿真分析,结果表明该方法能在兼顾火电厂整体效率最优情况下,根据负荷预测值和实际值间的偏差情况,对负荷偏差量进行再分配,实现预调度计划的合理修正,促进系统节能高效运行。

Abstract:Economic load dispatch of thermal power plants may obviously enhance economic operation of power system.As to the real situation of the deviation between predicted values and actual value of load during dispatching period,new load economic dispatching mode of thermal power plants is built based on operation characteristic of thermal power units and DEA sensitive analysis method.To verify the rationality and validity of model,10 thermal power plants of Guangxi province are taken as example,and the results show that this method can redistribute load deviation based on the deviation between forecast and actual values with best efficiency of whole thermal power plants,which can reasonably revises dispatch plan and promotes system to operate economically and efficiently.
