基于Arduino的数控开关稳压电源设计

摘    要:为了简化前置放大器电源和LED驱动电路的数控化设计,基于开源Arduino平台设计了一个数控开关稳压电源。系统主要应用开关频率高,输入电压范围宽的开关降压稳压器TPS54332以及使用串行控制方式且外围电路简单的10位DAC芯片TLC5615结合微控制器实现高精度的输出电压控制。将高度封装的开源控制平台和数控调压方式相结合,简化了开发流程,大大缩短了开发周期。经实际测试表明,该稳压电源具有电路稳定可靠、输出电压变化范围大、纹波电压小、效率高的优点,可应用于开关电源要求较高的环境中。

Abstract:Based on open source Arduino platform,a numerical control switching voltage source was designed to simplify the numerical control design of preamplifier power supply and LED driver circuit.The high accuracy output voltage control was implemented with high input range step-down converter TPS54332,serial control mode and 10 bits DAC chip TLC5615,whose peripheral circuit is simple.The innovation of this paper is the combination of highly encapsulation open source control platform and numerical voltage controlling.This could simplify the developing flow and short the developing period.Due to the real-world test,this power has the advantage of stable and reliable,large output voltage range,low ripple and high efficiency.This power could applicant in some demanding environment.
