| 摘 要： | 为方便快捷的测试出发光二极管的各项特性参数,详细介绍了一种简易、低成本的发光二极管测试仪的系统构成、功能和硬件设计,并用该测试仪测试了几种不同颜色发光二极管的伏安、光照、颜色和方向特性参数.测试结果表明该测试仪可以方便、快速和准确地测量出发光二极管多项特性参数,并具有低成本、易操作等优点.

| Abstract: | To measure each characteristic parameter rapidly for a light-emitting diode,a simple and low-cost light-emitting diode tester is designed in the paper.The structure,functions and hardware circuits of the light-emitting diode(LED) tester are presented.Such parameters as I-V,irradiance,RGB and direction characteristics for several LEDs with different colors are tested by using of the tester.The testing results show that the tester can conveniently and efficiently test several characteristics of LED and has the advantages of low cost and simple operation. |
