| 摘 要： | 能量函数描述了在最后一次网络操作后自治系统振荡的激烈程度 ,不同时刻重合对应重合后系统的暂态能量也不一样 ,最佳重合时间是使网络最后一次操作后系统暂态能量最小的时刻。基于多机系统暂态能量函数编制的最佳重合时间整定计算软件 ,可以离线计算不同运行方式和故障条件下对应线路的最佳重合时间 ,能够减轻从事继电保护整定计算人员计算重合时间的工作负担 ,文章的研究为今后电力系统真正实现最佳重合闸做了一些工作

| Abstract: | The transient energy function describes the degree of an autonomous system's swing after the last network's operation.When reclosing at different time,the transient energy after reclosing is different.The optimal reclosure time is the time when the transient energy is the smallest after the last network's operation.Program using transient energy function to calculate optimal reclosure time is worked out,which can off_line calculate transmission line's optimal reclosure time at different running modes of system and conditions of fault.The setting software on optimal reclosure time may relieve the burden of operators who undertake protective relaying setting calculation of calculating reclosure time, and the research is useful for realizing optimal reclosure genuinely in power system in the future. |
