负压条件下环氧氯丙烷反应器的设计

摘    要:根据环氧氯丙烷(ECH)的氯醇法生产工艺,分析了环氧氯丙烷反应器的反应动力学,设计了负压条件下环氧氯丙烷反应器的工艺条件,并与正压情形进行了比较。指出了负压条件下环氧氯丙烷反应器具有节能环保的优势,符合国家节能减排的要求。

Abstract:Based on the chlorohydrin production technology,the reaction kinetics of epichlorohydrin(ECH) reactor was studied and the process conditions of the ECH reactor under negtive pressure were designed and compared with that of normal pressure.The ECH reactor under negtive pressure had the advantage of energy saving and environmental protection accorded with the national direction of saving energy and inducing contamination-discharge.
