| 摘 要： | 分析了西藏地区农业水资源利用和节水农业的现状。指出西藏农业水资源利用效率低下,灌溉工程老化失修,缺乏管理,忽视农艺节水。提出应大力推广节水技术,提高农业水资源的有效利用率,发展节水农业,强化节水农业意识。

| Abstract: | An analysis was made on the current situation of agricultural water resources utilization and water saving agriculture in Tibet, and some problems were pointed out, including the low utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources, aging and out-of-repair of irrigation projects, lack of management, and neglecting water saving in agronomy. Some measures were proposed, such as actively developing water saving technology to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources, developing water saving agriculture, and strengthening the conception of water saving agriculture. |
