农业科技成果转化的探索与实践

通过四川农业大学１９９０年以来农业科技成果转化为生产力的探索与实践阐述了“科技是第一生产力”的主要体现以及实现科技与经济结合的关键是必须解决好科技成果迅速转化为生产力的问题，并提出要解决好这一问题，加强科学技术的研究和中间试验，使科技成果尽量作到成熟和配套是基础；建立和完善支撑成果转化的服务体系（载体），为科技成果转化提供多功能的社会化服务是关键；加强领导、完善管理制度是保证；加强队伍建设、引入竞争激励机制是动力

From the research and practice of Sichuan Agriculture University to convert scientific and technological success into productive forces from 1990, the article expounds that science is the chief embodiment of first productivity. The key to link science with economy is to quickly convert scientific achievements into productive force. And for this, the basis is to accelerate scientific research and medium test so as to make them ripe and complete. The key is to establish and perfect service system to make it a support of the achievement and a multi-functioned social service for the conversion. The guarantee is to reinforce leading power and complement management system. The motive is to strengthen group construction, introducing competing and stimulating system.
