摘    要:中等烹饪专业作为职业教育的一部分,是一门实践性、操作性较强的特色专业,所涉及的学科种类繁多。在烹饪专业教学中,除了传授学生一定的专业技能和相应专业知识外,还要培养学生具备一定的文化知识。文章笔者主要就中职烹饪教学、烹饪教学与数学的关系、烹饪专业加强数学素养的培养等方面,探析中职烹饪教学中数学的运用。

The Application of Mathematics to the Teaching ofCooking in Secondary Vocational Education

Abstract:As part of vocational education,cooking in secondary vocational schools is a specialty with much practice and operation,involving a wide variety of disciplines.In the teaching of cooking,students should be given some cultural knowledge as well as professional knowledge and skills.This paper probes into the application of mathematics in the teaching of cooking,focusing on cooking teaching in secondary vocational schools,the relationship between cooking teaching and mathematics,and the strengthening of mathematical literacy in the cooking major.
