摘    要:职业能力是现代社会对应用性人才培养的要求,尤其是非中心城市院校学生在素质与毕业学生流向等方面与中心城市院校有显著区别的情况下,非中心城市院校要体现学校办学特色和增强学校竞争力,在课程教学中就必须注重实践性课程教学和学生职业能力的培养。"市场调查与预测"是市场营销专业的主干课程,担负着培养学生市场调查能力的重要使命。文章以"市场调查与预测"为例,对非中心城市院校学生职业能力培养的课程实践教学改革进行探讨,旨在提高非中心城市院校学生的职业能力和就业率。

Exploration on Practical Teaching Reform in the Courses Related to Professional Abilities Developmemt of Non-central City College Students

Abstract:Professional ability is a requirement for applied talents training in modern society. The quality and career choices of the college students in non-central cities are significantly junior to those in central cities. In order to reflect their education features and enhance competition, it is important for colleges in non-central cit- ies to pay more attention to practical teaching reformation. The focus should be put on cultivating students' pro- fessional abilities. For students major in Marketing, Market Investigation and Forecast is the main course to cul- tivate excellent survey ability which is one of five core abilities. Taking Market Investigation and Forecast as an example ,this article discusses students' professional abilities development through practical teaching reform. The objective of this study is to improve the students' professional abilities and employment rate.
