| 摘 要： | 土家族饮食文化源远流长,其在土家族发展中起到承前启后的重要作用,不仅满足了人们的生理需求,而且还满足了人们精神层面的需求。文章从土家族饮食习俗的实例入手,研究了土家族饮食文化的社会意义,旨在探讨土家族饮食文化的历史内涵。

| Abstract: | The Tujia food culture has a long history,and plays an important role in the development of Tujia people,not only meeting people＇s physical needs,but also meeting people＇s spiritual needs.Starting from the examples of Tujia dietary customs this paper makes a study of the social significance of the Tujia food culture,and aims to explore its historical connotation. |
