摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,社会和行业对烹饪职业教育中高职学生的创新教育越来越迫切,培养创造力的教育也成为高职办学层次的需要。创造力要靠教育培养和实践来挖掘,作为职业教育重要组成部分的烹饪专业也不例外。

Abstract:With the development of society and economy, innovation education is becoming more and more ur- gent for higher vocational students in culinary vocational education. It is also an important task for higher voca- tional education to foster students' creativity. Creativity comes from both education and practice, and there is no exception to the cuisine major-an important part of vocational education.
