高职院校特殊群体学生管理探究

随着高等教育招生规模的扩大以及高等教育改革进程的加快,伴随着社会改革的不断推进,高校思想政治教育工作呈现出新的特点和问题。随着"以人为本"以生为本"理念的不断深入,做好高职院校特殊群体学生的思政工作,在实事求是的基础上对特殊群体学生进行有效的引导,对于高校安全稳定工作有着重要的意义。

Exploration on the Management of Special Groups of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the strengthening of the philosophy＂people-oriented＂ and＂ students first＂, it is of great signifi- cance to the security and stability of colleges to do a good job of ideological and political education of the spe- cial groups of students in vocational colleges, and to guide them effectively and practically.
