摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,以某种汽油机活塞为例进行耦合应力分析,发现危险部位应力超出共晶硅铝合金的许用应力;并对危险部位提出改进措施,又用ANSYS重新分析,表明改进措施是有效的。

Abstract:Using finite element analysis software ANSYS, coupled stress of gasoline engine piston is analyzed. It displays that the dangerous situation stress is higher than the allowable stress of eutectic silicon-aluminum alloy. Aiming at the dangerous situation, improvement measures are presented and checked by ANSYS. It proves that improvement is effective.
