| 摘 要： | 根据高等学校土木工程专业本科教育的培养目标,比照全国建设系统执业资格制度的建立以及用人单位对于土木工程专业毕业生的素质要求,结合新办应用型本科院校的实际,分析了土木工程专业培养计划中重点需要解决的问题,提出了对土木工程专业建设进行教学改革的总体构想。
