摘    要:本文基于某车型研究了翼子板与前大灯、发罩、前保等附近零件的匹配故障问题,通过关联分析法进行原因分析,确定了引起该故障的根本原因,并通过实施相应措施提高了翼子板与前大灯、发罩、前保等零件匹配的合格率,提升了整车质量和外观感知质量。

Abstract:Fender was studied in this paper,based on a model with headlamps,hair mask,coverage and near the former parts matching problem,an analysis of the causes through correlation analysis,determines the fundamental cause of the fault,and through the implementation of the corresponding measures to improve the fender and headlights,hair mask,qualification rate of coverage and parts before the match,improve the quality and appearance quality perception of the vehicle.
