Abstract:Gear parts are increasingly widely used in more and more scenes and projects,especially in today’s heavy industry.They have become important components for smooth operation of machinery in aerospace,petroleum,coal,and military engineering applications.Although the gear transmission system has such an important application status at present,due to its long-term use,the system will have comprehensive failures.Therefore,if the problem of parts loss caused by long-term use cannot be overcome,the safety and reliability of the entire device cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,how to effectively monitor and deal with the failure of the gear transmission system in the mechanical device is an important topic that needs to be explored urgently.
