面向机械检测类专业的技能训练模块研究与实践

针对高端装备制造业人才需求,结合专业人才培养规格,面向机械检测类专业开发先进检测技能训练模块,提出技能训练模块的开发策略与具体实施步骤,构建以技能模块为导向的课程体系。在机械制造与自动化、机械产品检测检验技术专业开设试点班,实践证明,在专业人才培养过程中引入技能训练模块课程,有效训练学生现代化岗前专业技能,提升学生就业竞争力,为职业院校机械检测类专业模块化人才培养模式改革提供借鉴与范例。

Research and Practice of Skill Training Module for Mechanical Measuring Specialty

According to the talent demand of high-end equipment manufacturing industry,combined with talent-developing standards,the advanced measuring skills training module is developed for mechanical measuring specialty,the development strategy and specific implementation steps of skills training module are proposed,and curriculum system is constructed,which oriented by skill module.It has been proved by practice that the introduction of skill training module course in the process of talent training can effectively train students'modern pre job professional skills and enhance their employment competitiveness,so as to provide reference and examples for the reform ofmodular talent training mode of mechanical measuring specialty in vocational colleges.
