Abstract:Advanced CNC machine tools are used in manufacturing,which can not only improve manufacturing efficiency,but also ensure manufacturing quality.Although from the overall development situation,CNC machine tools have been well applied,there are still some problems in the specific application process.Whether the role of CNC machine tools can be fully utilized is largely affected by machining accuracy.Some CNC machine tools currently used in manufacturing have serious machining accuracy problems.If the existing problems are not solved scientifically and effectively,they will Will seriously affect the stable development of the manufacturing industry.In the specific research process,this article starts with the overview of CNC machine tools,analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of CNC machine tools,and proposes practical solutions based on the factors.
