| Abstract: | With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,the transaction volume of second-hand cars is also increasing year by year.The implementation of the policy of abolishing migration limit and tax reduction further stimulates the development of the second-hand car market.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the second-hand car market from the development history,existing problems,the policies and regulations,as well as puts forward some development suggestions. |
