基于HyperMesh的汽车发动机冷却风扇有限元分析

摘    要:发动机风扇因其在冷却系统中的重要性而备受关注,但扇叶的断裂也使设计者备受困扰,同时给使用者也带来诸多的麻烦。针对以上问题,在HyperMesh中首先对风扇进行前期的几何处理、网格划分、以及静力学分析和模型优化析最后通过模态分析对优化后的模型进行验证等完成发动机冷却风扇的有限元分析,结果表明:模态分析的前六阶的振动频率和主振型都比较稳定证明优化的可行性。进而提高风扇的静力学性能,改善风扇的工作质量。

Abstract:The engine fan has attracted much attention because of its importance in the cooling system,but the fracture of the fan blade also troubles the designer,and also brings a lot of trouble to the user.In view of the above problems,in HyperMesh,the fan is firstly subjected to geometric processing,meshing,static analysis and model optimization analysis,and finally the optimized model is verified through modal analysis to complete the finite element analysis of the engine cooling fan.The results show that the first six vibration frequencies and main vibration modes of the modal analysis are relatively stable,which proves the feasibility of optimization.In turn,the static performance of the fan is improved,and the working quality of the fan is improved.
