摘    要:船舶焊接技术是船舶建造中的关键技术之一,焊接技术高低直接影响着船舶建造质量.如果焊接存在缺陷,会使产品抗腐蚀性能下降或者不能满足力学性能的要求,造成渗漏或者结构断裂,无法保证船舶安全航行和作业.本文从焊接缺陷进行分析,通过实践分析提出相应预防措施,提升焊接技术,控制焊接质量,进而提升船舶质量.

Abstract:Ship welding technology is one of the key technologies in ship construction,which directly affects the quality of ship construction.If there are welding defects,the corrosion resistance of the products will be reduced or the mechanical properties can not be met,resulting in leakage or structural fracture,which can not ensure the safe navigation and operation of the ship.This paper analyzes the welding defects and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures through practical analysis,so as to improve the welding technology,control the welding quality,and then improve the ship quality.
