摘    要:汽车翼子板的安装精度直接影响到整车的外观品质和风噪性能,因此,对于汽车翼子板及其相关零件的结构与安装工艺进行研究十分必要。本文以国内某款SUV车型作为研究对象,通过深入分析原翼子板安装支架结构对其安装工艺和安装效果的影响,提出了一种翼子板安装支架结构的优化方法,实现了翼子板在X、Y、Z三向可调节,有效解决翼子板与前蒙皮和前大灯的段差间隙匹配质量问题。

Abstract:The installation precision of an SUV wing plate directly affects the appearance quality and wind noise performance of the whole vehicle.Therefore,it is necessary to study the structure and installation process of an SUV wing plate and its related parts.Based on a domestic SUV models as the research object,through in-depth analysis of the original fender mounting bracket structure on its installation process and effect,this paper proposes a fender mounting bracket structure optimization method,has realized the fender in the X,Y,Z three adjustable,effectively solve the fender and the former skin and headlamps period of poor clearance matching quality problem.
