Abstract:YJH315 hydraulic torque converter is widely used in ZL30 loader,cpcd35 hydraulic forklift and other engineering vehicles.Its coaxiality accuracy affects the service life and reliability of the transmission system directly.Aiming at yjh315 hydraulic torque converter,this paper analyzes the causes of coaxiality error and its control methods in the production process.It is considered that the state of pump wheel and front cover workpiece,mechanical system state of assembly welding machine,structure of pump wheel and front cover are the three main factors affecting the coaxiality of torque converter and provides reference for improving process and reducing cost.At the same time,puts forward the breakthrough of high-precision assembly technology,high precision forming technology,high precision machine control technology ensure the coaxial accuracy of torque converter.
