| 摘 要： | 16V280ZJA型柴油机应用于我国客运DF11型内燃机车,由中车集团戚墅堰机车厂生产,是现存大功率客运机车的主力机型。柴油机的检修,是机车钳工的基本工作,根据不同的检修等级,分别由所属机务段或生产厂家进行检修,本文主要讲述柴油机的总体布置、修程以及检修前的准备工作(解体及清洗)。

| Abstract: | The 16V280ZJA model diesel engine is applied to DF11 diesel locomotive in China.It is manufactured by CRRC Qishuyan Locomotive Factory.It is the main type of existing high-power passenger locomotive.The overhaul of diesel engine is the basic work of locomotive fitter.According to the different maintenance grade,respectively by the locomotive depot or the manufacturer to carry out maintenance.This article mainly tells the general layout of diesel engine,repair process and the preparation work before overhaul(disassembly and cleaning). |
