| 摘 要： | 在汽车制造过程中,螺柱是线速、油管、支架等部件安装固定的重要工艺,被大量应用于白车身生产。传统手动螺柱焊接方法稳定性差,焊接精度低,严重影响汽车制造质量。PIDS自动螺柱焊接系统,有效的将螺柱焊接系统与机器人控制系统进行兼容,确保螺柱重复定位精度和焊接质量的稳定性,能够有效提升汽车制造质量,在白车身焊接领域具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | In the process of automobile manufacturing,stud is an important process for fixing components such as line speed,oil pipe and bracket,which is widely used in Body-in-White production.The traditional manual stud welding method has poor stability and low welding precision,which seriously affects the quality of automobile manufacturing.PIDS automatic stud welding system can effectively make stud welding system compatible with robot control system,ensure stud re-positioning accuracy and stability of welding quality,effectively improve automobile manufacturing quality,and has broad application prospects in the field of BIW welding. |
